A1 motorway, exit Firenze Sud (if you’re coming from Rome) or Firenze Nord
(if you’re coming from Milan-Bologna).

Take the “viale di circonvallazione” (ring avenue) toward FIESOLE. When you arrive in the main square of Fiesole, turn left toward the Teatro Romano and go downhill toward the S.S. 302 Via Faentina - Caldine road.

Take the Faentina road toward Caldine and as soon as you’ve gone 13 km, there is a good quality, unpaved road on the right – the sign indicates Via Torre di Buiano. Take this road and go uphill for 100 metres until you see a colony-style house with a large cypress tree. After this house, turn right and after another 100-150 metres you’ll find our house on the left.
